Wife of boss phones up and says she's got in her car, started it up - and theres a warning light on the dashboard.
Boss (in a panic) asks Tech support team to search on the web for the handbook for the car, and work out what the warning means, based on what his wife is telling him.
Tech support discovers what the problem is - It's the light that tells you the handbrake is on!
Boss is embarrassed and walks out of office, still on phone to wife - presumably to have a go at her, and tell her to not be so stupid!
